Karim Bekdache lives and works in Beirut where he remained throughout the civil war. His architecture agency specialises in custom made projects, including 'D Beirut' which houses his showroom that specializes in design furniture from the 50's, 60's, and 70's as well as original urban pieces that survived both the war and the reconstruction of Beirut.
